Estimates, advice, referrals – Always free!

We do most estimates on a Labor + Materials basis.
We will give set estimates for jobs as far as is possible. However, in some cases we must bill hourly. We will bill hourly when:

• We do not know all the details of a task.
• When things cannot be known until further exploration is done. Exploration is done hourly, we then bid when questions are resolved.
• There are a bunch of little tasks that need to be done.
• Emergency situations- Such as a tree limb comes through your roof during a storm. 
• For consultations and diagnosis of problems.

If we do perform work on an hourly basis, the pricing guide below is how we bill.

Hourly Billing

We complete hourly items when things are not known or visible, or if the scope of work is in any way uncertain.

Total of: First 2 man-hours =  $60.00 each

Remaining man-hours at hourly rate(s)*

High-risk surcharge x man-hours (if any)**

Materials and Supplies

Additional charges (permits, mileage, change orders, hidden issues, etc.)

Each person working on a job is priced at their tiered hourly rate, for the labor they are performing.

Hourly rate includes the use of tools we normally carry with us. Larger, powered tools are billed at an additional rate.

The pricing you receive is per person, per hour (known as “man-hours.”)

Airless paint sprayer	$30/ hr, max $90/day
Scaffolding, Ladders	32ft+ $20/ hr, max $60/day
Tool rental	As priced per rental agency
